Return and Refund Policy

Return requests must be made within the first 3 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return process, the customer must provide:

Order number, photographic and/or video evidence of the product, complete original packaging, and detailed description of the issue.

The product must be: unused, in perfect condition, and with all its accessories and original packaging.


Returns are not accepted for products that are: used, damaged by the customer, show signs of tampering, or were purchased during special promotions.


Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except for proven errors by our store.

Once the product is received, our team will perform a quality inspection before approving any exchange or refund.

• Approved refunds may take between 5 and 15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method used.
  
• We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the established conditions.
